On Wednesday December 10, two chefs will join forces for a culinary pas de deux, combining gestures, universes and smiles in a four-handed creation. Together, they will compose a daring "return from the hunt" menu, vibrant with emotions and flavors. This dinner will pay tribute to game dishes, both feathered and furred, in the purest local tradition. A gourmet interlude, suspended between expertise and passion, where each plate will tell a story of taste and complicity.

The excellence of two Houses for a unique eveningOn Thursday, November 27, 2025, the **Le Parc ** restaurant and Chef Christophe Moret will welcome Château Latour, Château Grillet and Champagne Jacquesson for an anthological oenological interlude.\nThis evening will unveil the Jacquesson 748 and Jacquesson Avize Champ Caïn 2014 champagnes, as well as Château Grillet 2020, before a remarkable vertical of Château Latour (1995 and 1989 vintages in magnum, and 1975).\A surprise from another time will conclude this sensory voyage. A privileged circle of just 15 guests will enjoy the intimate setting of a private salon for an immersion around these exceptional wines. To these Domaines Artémis icons, Chef Christophe Moret will combine a bespoke menu, imagined in perfect harmony.

On Thursday October 16th, tuxedos and evening gowns meet at the Relais & Châteaux Le Domaine Les Crayères for the 5thᵉ edition of its Charity Dinner in aid of the Godinot Institute.\nFive exceptional winegrowers join forces with Chef Christophe Moret and Pastry Chef Rosalie Boucher, offering their wines for a unique gala dinner.\This ephemeral interlude, imagined by Arnaud Valary, Director of the Domaine, celebrates the union of savoir-recevoir and solidarity, with the ambition of surpassing, thanks to this new edition, the €100,000 raised for research and patient support. All profits will be donated to the Institut Godinot.\nMenu in 5 sequences and 5 vintages, at 490 euros per person, excluding tax exemption at 66% of profits raised.

Bruno Doucet, a champion of Parisian bistronomy, and Christophe Moret, with his memories of family hunting trips, will combine their talents and good humour for an original 5-course menu.

The restaurant Le Parc** has once again been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence prize for its wine list!

The Award of Excellence is given to restaurants that offer thoughtfully chosen lists, containing both quality and diverse selections that are compatible with the menu’s style and pricing. This year, 1,782 restaurants earned an Award of Excellence. The result of a long process of research, visits and aging, the Domaine Les Crayères now makes 63,000 bottles available to its guests!
