Pink October

• On Thursday, October 8, Domaine Les Crayères will be decked out in the colors of Pink October for an exceptional dinner to benefit the Godinot Institute.
• For this event, Christophe Moret and Blanche Loiseau have created a unique collaborative four-course menu, joined by five women who showcase the terroirs of Champagne, Burgundy, and Alsace: Julie Caville, Cellar Master at Maison Krug ; Florence Boubée-Legrand, oenologist at Maison Ruinart; Margaux Dujardin, from Domaine Dujardin in Monthélie; Ève Faiveley, from Domaine Faiveley in Nuits-Saint-Georges; and Marie Zusslin, from Domaine Zusslin in Orschwihr.
• Two chefs, five women, five terroirs, and a shared desire: to turn excellence into a powerful force for solidarity.
• This evening will help achieve a goal dear to the Domaine: to surpass the milestone of €100,000 in donations raised for the Godinot Institute, to support medical research and provide assistance to patients and their loved ones.

The Farmers' Market

• On September 19 and 20, Domaine Les Crayères invites you to the 16th edition of the Farmers’ Market, a must-attend event to kick off the fall season and part of the city of Reims’ “Relais du Goût” series.
• For one weekend, the Domaine’s gardens will host some forty market gardeners, farmers, cheesemakers, food artisans, and tableware artisans to share their expertise and showcase the richness of the Champagne region’s local produce.
• Through this iconic event, the Domaine celebrates the bonds of trust forged between Chef Christophe Moret and his producers, farmers, and artisans—the true cornerstones of the culinary creations at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Parc and Brasserie Le Jardin.
